After submission, you will receive an email that your plan has been submitted correctly, and members of the VAAN screening committee will receive an email stating that your plan has been submitted with a short synopsis of the project. We will endeavor to get back to you as quickly as possible and to indicate to you the possibility for presenting at one of our Charlottesville, VA screening sessions. PLEASE BE CLEAR THAT OVER THE HOLIDAY MONTHS IN NOVEMBER THROUGH JANUARY RESPONSE TIMES ARE SLOWER.
