Valuation services for early and seed-stage companies seeking funding, including information on the average valuations around the country for the pats two years.
Board development/advisory services. Misalignment of board membership is the single most important reason that follow-on investors pass on an opportunity. Start with the right board members and avoid the pitfalls.
Due diligence reports are available to other angel groups and third parties for companies targeted for investment. Reports can be ordered by entrepreneurs in order that they be able to have VAAN send those to prospective investors.These reports take 30 days, are very thoroughly and provide a balanced look at the prospects of the company. Having these done prior to investment, with a third party experienced company can give investors comfort that the work has been done at arms length from the entrepreneurs and by a credible angel management group.
